We provide the services of the conversion of your content (like any information, data, 3dMax, ArchiCAD, SketchUp, Revit files, textures and other information and materials) into walkthroughs in the web and virtual reality.

To be provided with our services, you should share your content with us via email, Dropbox or any other way we agree.

We do not claim any ownership rights to your content. Before receiving the content, we would ask you to confirm via email that you grant us a right to use your content for the provision of our services.

You are solely responsible for the content shared with us. For that reason, we would ask you to warrant that you have legal authority to use your content and that you do not violate any third party's rights.

We will not use your content otherwise than for the conversion and visualization in virtual reality products. We will hold all the information as to the content confidential. We would also send you via email the indicated warranties as to your content, certifying our good intentions.

You will have all intellectual property rights in the content generated by using the software. You will grant us non-exclusive and non-transfarable right to use such content for demonstration and presentation to the potential customers, including through our website and/or application.

The software we use for the provision of our services is protected by law. However, after the services are duly provided, we will grant you right to access and use such software as end user.
